Procastination– A Thief of Time and Destiny

Procrastination has been around as long as humans have been in existence.
Going back to 800 BC, the Greek poet Hesoid equated procrastination with sin or sloth.
As Society moved from the Stone Age into the Industrial age, it became easier to procrastinate because machines allowed people to perform less work.

Today, in the era of technology, procrastination is thriving.
Not paying attention, getting ready to get ready, surfing the web, playing computer games, watching the electronic time waster(I mean Television), are just some of the ways the vast majority of the population avoids doing what they intend to do.

Procrastination causes one never to be fully committed to achieving: their dreams, their goals, their objectives, and even some of their commitments.

Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other forms of social media have created a whole new way of staying connected and a whole new way of procrastinating.

Procrastination stops you from achieving certain goals early in life

It prevents you from making a headway as the time you would have use to do something worthwhile was used in doing something else.

Everyone wants to fulfill destiny and a very cogent fact that can never be overlooked is Procrastination.

Avoid it. Do the right things at the right time.
